My name is Daniel. I’ve been in the animal scene for quite some time. The beginning of my animal career was in reptiles, however, after some years, I found myself into African Cichlids which I had kept as a kid. After breeding and importing for a while, I decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted to do for a living so I then found myself into betta. I bred and imported high-end bettas for some years with excellent success, however, I eventually found myself drifting into guppies and plecos. Unfortunately, my journey with guppies and pleco was cut short due to an ice storm and prolonged power outages which in previous years had never been an issue for me. But this time was the exception and it caused quite a significant loss.

Since then, I have attained the necessary equipment to endure such problems in the future. After those near-catastrophes, with the assistance of my friends overseas, I actually found myself changing up my business after nearly 15 years to my childhood dream of fancy goldfish (Koi I’m also extremely passionate about but it’s just not in the cards for me.) I bring a lot to the table with my past business ventures in ample species and pride myself in the knowledge I’ve accrued. I’m a very analytical person and over the years, I have conducted countless testings and trials in each species. I was even involved in a global genetic study for leopard geckos due to my abilities. I am extremely strict when it comes to treatment regimens and conduct full spectrum preventative treatment series on every single fish I have coming in. And every couple months, I also conduct “maintenance treatment series”. I take my work very seriously and value being very thorough. For me, it is about the entire experience from start to finish.

I enjoy each and every aspect of it and am always pushing myself to expand my knowledge and abilities. Each and every thing I teach and utilize is tried and true, tested by myself in mass situations and NOT passed-down “info”. My thirst for knowledge and understanding is unquenchable. I look forward to creating more relationships with all of you (If you already know me from fb or other platforms, you already know me.) I value my customers and the relationships I have with them. I ultimately almost always end up being good friends with them. Most of what I do is actually geared towards my existing customers and friends. This is simply due to the fact that I view us all as kind of like one huge family and the fact that my customer base is actually at least 80% all return customers. Hence the long term relationships and friendships. This being said, I do value each and every one of you and I look forward to getting to know all of you.
